Our services are in perpetual improvements, by using them you accept the evolutions of the conditions of use; you will be able to reject these changes.

MUUP grants you, free of charge, a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and worldwide license to use the software provided to you by MUUP as part of the services. This license is exclusively intended to allow you to use and benefit from the services provided by MUUP, in compliance with these.
However, the use of our services does not confer any intellectual property rights on our services or the content of our services.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent part or all of our services or any software that is part of them. Similarly, you are not allowed to decompile or attempt to extract the source code for these programs.
Our automated systems analyze your content to provide you with relevant product features, such as customized search results, and detection of misuse of our services.
We provide copyright holders with the necessary information to help them manage their rights, in case of copyright infringement we thank you for notifying us.
You are responsible for the activity carried out in or through your Muup account.
If a service requires or includes the use of downloadable software, updates to this software (new versions or features) may be performed automatically on your device. Our services allow you to modify your automatic update settings.
We collect or are likely to collect: the data you give us, the usage information of our services, the information of the devices used, the log files, the unique application numbers, the data in local storage, the cookies and similar technologies; geolocation data, which can be disconnected by the user at any time.
These data allow the improvement and the development of our services, they will never be transmitted to thirds; they are likely to be used for commercial purposes and, or advertising and on legitimate requisition of the public authorities.
As part of our obligation of means we make our best efforts to ensure the confidentiality of this data, including by using their encryption and strict access rules.
You can view and modify your personal data from your Muup application.
At your request we can send you the file of your personal data that you can re-export to the third party of your choice.
If you are minor your agreement to our data policy must be given by your parents; at your majority, you may delete your personal data if you wish.

Conscious of our social responsibility, we implement our activity in compliance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
With respect to the artists and the users of our applications we register our approach in the respect of the article 27 of the Universal Declaration of the humans right:
"1. Everyone has the right to freely participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific progress and the benefits that result. 2. Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author. ".
We make sure that copyright and copyright rights are respected.
With regard to the users of our applications, we take care to design and privilege from the beginning the technical and legal solutions of the confidentiality of their personal data and the ethical use of the statistical data resulting from the use of our applications.
We fight against illegal content that could be shared via our applications.
We invite users to respect our ethics and in particular the netiquette RFC 1855 and its updates that we think are desirable.
In all cases, we ensure upstream compliance compliances that allow the effectiveness of our approach to social responsibility.
We reserve the right to cease all services or to delete any data contrary to this ethical charter.
We make our best efforts to offer you quality services, however we do not make any commitment regarding the content of the services, the available functionalities, their reliability, their adequacy to your expectations.
To the extent permitted by law, the liability of MUUP, its suppliers and distributors, for any claim under these Terms of Use, including any implied warranties, our contingent liability shall be limited to the amount that you have paid to use the services (or, if we choose, to provide you with these services again).

You may stop using our Services at any time. MUUP is entitled to stop providing you with all or part of the services, or to add or create new limits on the use of the services.
